BDN FASTENERS Receives Grand Turtle King at Taiwan Earth God Festival
Broaden Worldwide Co., Ltd. participates in the Earth God Festival in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and is honored to receive the Grand Turtle King. This traditional ceremony symbolizes prosperity, protection, and business success.
Broaden Worldwide Co., Ltd., on the auspicious occasion of the second day of the second lunar month—the birthday of the Earth God—participated in the event at Danan Tian Fude Temple in Gangshantou, Tianliao, Kaohsiung.
After an entire night of jiaobei (divination blocks) and with the blessings of the deity, we stood out among numerous participants and claimed first place. We are deeply honored to respectfully bring back to our company the “Grand Turtle King”, weighing an impressive 31,417 Taiwanese catties and measuring 9 meters in length.
It is said that any enterprise fortunate enough to receive this Grand Turtle King will be blessed by the deity for the coming year, enjoying prosperous business and an abundance of orders.
On March 25, 2026, the ceremony was held to respectfully escort the Grand Turtle King—measuring 9 meters in length and weighing 31,417 Taiwanese catties—back to Broaden Worldwide Co., Ltd.
The procession route has been carefully planned in advance. It will pass by both Factory 1 and Factory 2 of Broaden Worldwide before finally returning to the headquarters, where the Grand Turtle King will be placed in the front courtyard. It will remain there until the morning of the 13th day of the second lunar month, when a release ceremony will be held.
During the period it is enshrined at the headquarters, traditional rites will be observed, including daily glove puppet performances. Nearby residents, as well as friends and family, are warmly invited to join and take part in the festivities.
