BROADEN WORLDWIDE CO., LTD., the owner of the BDN FASTENERS® brand, hereby announces that we have fully terminated all business relations and affiliations with BDN Fasteners India Pvt. Ltd. and its Director, Mr. Gaurav Gupta.
They are no longer authorized to represent, distribute, or conduct any business under the BDN FASTENERS® name or logo.
BROADEN WORLDWIDE CO., LTD. is an independent entity and retains full ownership of all trademarks, brand identity, and intellectual property rights related to the BDN FASTENERS® brand.
We are also the sole proprietor of BIS License – CM/L4100260065 for IS18471:2025.
