Our fastener production is 100% powered by steel wire sourced from CSC Taiwan, ensuring stable and consistent material quality from the first step of manufacturing.
Critical Pre-Production Processes Performed In-House
At the core of our manufacturing process are the most critical pre-production stages, all performed in-house at our Taiwan factory:
- Heading
- Pinch Pointing
- Threading
By maintaining full control over these key processes, we ensure dimensional accuracy, drilling performance, thread performance, and consistent product quality.
Integrated Production with Specialized Local Partners
Heat Treatment, Plating, and Surface Treatment
To achieve optimal performance and surface finish, we collaborate with top-tier local partners in Taiwan for specialized post-processes, including heat treatment, plating, and surface treatment.
Production Capacity & Supply Capability
Stable Supply for Long-Term Cooperation
- Monthly capacity: around 800 metric tons
- Annual output: approximately 480 containers
- Average supply: about 40 containers per month
In-House Packaging & Final Quality Inspection
Export-Ready Quality Assurance
All products—including self-drilling screws, bulk fasteners, and collated screws—are packaged in-house and undergo final inspection before shipment.
